📦 AVAILABLE FORMATS & PURCHASING RULES

1. MP3 Format (Non-Profit Audio Option)

• The Rule: This version is strictly for Non-Profit use and Non-Monetized channels only (ideal for recorded demos or free streaming previews).

• Distribution Limit: You are NOT allowed to distribute or upload the MP3 version to major digital streaming platforms (such as Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).

• ⚠️ VIOLATION NOTICE: Any unauthorized commercial distribution, uploading, or monetization of this MP3 version will result in immediate legal action taken against the release by our legal team.

2. WAV Format (Exclusive Ownership — Single Sale)

• The Rule: This high-quality studio master is strictly a single-sale option.

• The Lock: As soon as the WAV version of a beat is purchased by an artist, all MP3 sales for this specific beat are frozen permanently and the beat is pulled off the market.

3. STEMS Format (Full Exclusive Track-Outs)

• The Rule: This option provides individual audio tracks (Stems) for full creative control and professional industry-grade mixing.

• The Lock: Just like the WAV option, once the Stems are purchased, the entire beat is locked, archived, and permanently taken down.
